Teodora founded CZAR Training with the vision of lifelong learning for everyone through the sharing of knowledge. Building on her academic background in HR management, organizational behavior and multilateral diplomacy, she directed strategic Human Resources and recruitment at tech and financial firms before moving into training. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management and regularly lectures on various aspects of management across Cyprus and beyond.
