Teodora is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management. Building on her academic background in HR management, organizational behavior and multilateral diplomacy, she directed strategic human resources and recruitment at tech and financial firms before moving into training.
Teodora’s Masters in Law thesis was an in-depth examination of seven key behavioral competencies of successful negotiators and leaders. She regularly lectures on various aspects of management and leadership across Cyprus and beyond.
